Full-Time Positions (as of 25 February 2013):
1. Training Director
The Training Director is responsible for leading the Training and Support Team in creating transformational Fellows able to change the life paths of the students in their care.
2. Associate Training Director
The Associate Training Director leads a team of Leadership Development Officers (LDOs) responsible for training Fellows to create transformational impact.
3. Talent Strategy & Operations Director/Associate Director
The Talent Strategy & Operations Director/Associate Director works closely with the senior leadership team to build a mission driven talent powerhouse consist of high performing staff members (both full-time and part-time) that embody our Core Values.
4. Partnership Development Manager (Government Engagement)
The mission of the Partnership Development Manager (Government Engagement) is to ensure that organizational impact is accelerated through leading the team in successful engagements and relationship management with Teach For Malaysia Government stakeholders.
5. Leadership Development Officer
The Leadership Development Officer (LDO) manages, coaches, and mentors Fellows, as well as compiles data on Fellow impact to help drive organisational decisions.
6. Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager is tasked with leading the Recruitment Team’s efforts to recruit as many as possible of Malaysia’s most promising future leaders, globally and locally, of all academic disciplines and career interests, into the Fellowship.
7. Recruitment Associate
The Recruitment Associate works to recruit as many as possible of Malaysia’s most promising future leaders, locally and globally, of all academic disciplines and career interests, into the Fellowship.
8. Selection Specialists
Selection Specialists will be responsible for working with Teach For Malaysia’s Selection Team to select 100 future leaders who will be part of Teach For Malaysia’s 2014 cohort.
